If you follow abril’s corner on Facebook (here), you know I’ve been teasing you all with talk of having a little surprise for you, my beloved readers. And finally today I get to reveal it… I decided to do my very own and very first Holiday Giveaway here on the blog!

I love the Holidays, one of the many reasons being the lovely gifts we get to exchange with loved ones. Yes, I do love receiving presents, but I also love giving presents. Unfortunately, as much as I would like it, it is impossible for me to give a personal gift to each and everyone of my readers (even if there are not that many… yet! Hehe). So, it seemed like the best way to go would be a giveaway where you all get the chance to participate, and then randomly selecting one winner.

So, I thought long and hard about what would be a good prize to show my appreciation for your time, your visits and your loyalty. I did a little shopping around, and this lovely necklace and bracelet finally won my heart. So much so, that I wish they would’ve had another necklace so I could’ve bought one for myself, but this was the very last one at the store. They may not be real jewelry or fancy designer brand items, but I really love them and they would really give any outfit a special touch.

Si siguen la página de abril’s corner en Facebook (aquí), ya saben que había estado mencionando que estaba trabajando en una pequeña sorpresa para ustedes, mis adorados lectores. Y por fin hoy ya se las puedo revelar… decidí hacer mi propio y primer sorteo navideño aquí en el blog!!

Amo la época navideña, y una de las muchas razones es los maravillosos regalos que intercambiamos con nuestros seres queridos. Sí, sí me encanta recibir regalos, pero también me encanta dar regalos. Desafortunadamente, por más que quisiera, me es imposible hacerles un regalo personal a todos y cada uno de mis lectores (aunque no sean muchos… todavía! Jiji). Asi que me pareció que lo mejor sería hacer un sorteo donde todos ustedes tengan la oportunidad de participar, y después seleccionar al azar a un sólo ganador.

Pensé largo y tendido sobre cual sería un buen premio para demostrarles mi apreciación por su tiempo, sus visitas y su lealtad. Hice un poco de shopping por aquí y por allá, y finalmente este collar y brazalete se ganaron mi corazón. Tanto, que hasta desearía que hubiera habido otro collar igual para comprarme uno para mí, pero este era el último en la tienda. Tal vez no sean joyería de verdad ni sean de marca de algún diseñador famoso, pero realmente me encantaron y son piezas que le darían un toque especial a cualquier look.
